About TRIZ-trainer

TRIZ-Trainer is an online training system. The appearance of TRIZ-Trainer is the result of resolving a contradiction (in accordance with the TRIZ methodology) that occurs while training company's employees.
On the one hand, they are trained by means of seminars conducted by experienced teachers during the normal working hours of the employees. This is an effective training method but it is costly and consumes much time.
Another method is training by means of training computer programs, which is becoming more and more popular. The disadvantage of this method is in that the material presentation is not always clear enough and there is nobody to answer the questions.
How can this contradiction be resolved?
If we are going to solve the problem using computer training as more economical, then its effectiveness can be improved abruptly by the following method: to present the main body of the material in the electronic form and to make possible the student's consultations with a tutor.

TRIZ-Trainer is founded on the original problem-solving methods. These methods are based on fundamental TRIZ notions and developments of OTSM-TRIZ Technologies Center, Minsk, Belarus (supervisor N. Khomenko).

TRIZ-Trainer teaches solving a problem that is already singled out of the initial situation. The training program includes:
- check tasks;
- learning the problem-solving procedure and theory of TRIZ-OTSM;
- acquaintance with the examples of problem solving by the TRIZ-Trainer methods;
- consulting TRIZ-specialists on unclear questions.

The information base of TRIZ-Trainer includes essential theoretical information that explains the meaning of the performed actions (Solving Procedure). For a more detailed acquaintance with the theoretical materials, there is a list of recommended literature (Reference Book). The analysis of training and real problems (Solution Analysis) illustrates the application of the methods. Each analysis comprises short notes on the gist of the actions performed at each problem-solving stage. TRIZ-Trainer contains a certain number of Check Tasks. By fulfilling these tasks with the aid of the proposed methods, a student can check the degree of material assimilation. Experienced teachers will carefully analyze all the answers in a dialog mode. Don't try to guess the answer at once even if the problem seems simple. Try to move ahead in accordance with the proposed structure and you may find absolutely new solutions to your problem.

The development of the second part of TRIZ-trainer is intended. It will consider the methods of revealing a problem in an initial situation and transfer to a maxi-problem, as well as other important questions.

You will find a more detailed information on the work with TRIZ-Trainer in the HELP.

We are happy to see you among our students. Success to your efforts!
